I reserved this place to celebrate my anniversary. While our initial server didn’t seem very engaged, the host went above and beyond to step in and ensure we had a great experience. I really appreciate that the staff took the initiative to make things right and were attentive to our needs—it’s clear they care about their guests and take feedback seriously. The food and cocktail selections are a 20/10. The tapas are full of flavor and perfectly cooked. As someone who knows and regularly eats authentic Spanish food, I was genuinely surprised by the quality of their cuisine—especially since this kind of spot is a rare find in the BCS area. You can tell this place is rooted in family heritage and dedicated to honoring their culinary traditions. It’s a special gem worth supporting.

The service was spot on. He was very polished. The drinks we also very good!! Whenever I see eggs Benedict on a menu, I get it. However, this time I was very very disappointed, it was cold and the hollandaise sauce was so clumpy, bitter and cold. Not saying I won't go back. But, I won't order that again:(
Loved this place! Historical old building in downtown Bryan. Plenty of parking. The food was flavourful and unique. The coffee was delicious! Our serve Axel was knowledgeable and kind. We will for sure return for their Jazz nights on Friday
What a delight to find this Tapas place in Bryan. More traditional Spanish inspired dishes versus the Mediterranean style you will get at Primrose Path (also excellent). The scallops were presented in scallop shells which made provided an excellent presentation. We tried several dishes and they were all good but the Empanadas stood out as the best. You could put anything in that pocket of dough and it would be amazing. Maybe they should make some chocolate/hazelnut ones for dessert
